National Day
——————
If I were back there in Malaysia I think I would flew back to Kelantan to spend time with my family. I already can visualise that Kelantanese youngsters come out in gangs, cycling around and screaming here and there on the eve. Not sure they are patriotic in this act or having fun?
River Festival
——————-
It’s on this Saturday! Woot Woot! Missed the moments I had with Bear, Suzanne, Quik, Kenneth, Nic, Gabriel and Hugo on the last River Fest when we all were here. Hmmmppphh! Talking about them…they had a gathering last week in Singapore without my attendance!

People says “Ai Wu Ji Wu”. Means, when you love someone truthfully, you will also have love towards his/her family members. I believe that somehow the sentence holds a true, but, it takes time to be true.
Currently Yoppo’s youngest sister, Carrie is staying with us. I, as Yoppo’s fiance/gf/wife (whatever you name it, depending on how you see the engagement) have the obligation to look after and take care of her. Okay, don’t call it an obligation. That doesn’t sounds fair aey? Hmmm, I am spreading a love seed onto her and planting love towards her.
Many times, I do think that I don’t possess the ability to take care of myself. So, the point here is looking after someone that I learning to love is not easy. The only component that makes me work harder, try harder and love harder now is the power of love from Yoppo.
“Ai Wu Ji Wu”??? Yea! I am in the process! Jia You Jia You lor charlene!

From the day Yoppo and I attended our R.O.M, I have some of the witnesses, attendees or friends have frequently asked me to address Yoppo’s mom as “Mommy”, “Mother” or the like.
I am sticking to “Auntie” at the moment. I am not denying on my own relationship or the engagement. I just thought it is more appropriate to regard her as mom after our customary wedding ceremony. I have not even kneel down and serve her tea yet!
I admit that I am fear to change, and I’m fear over something that I don’t know what is it. But please please please *“fong ko” me lar…please let me stick to this till I had my customary wedding, can?
*fong ko = let me go

Sometimes Yoppo talks when he sleeps. Last night was the third time I heard him talking whilst sleeping.
He said, “…the place….go…ya…” Something like that continues. That was not soft you know. It was like real face-to-face talking.
I thought he was in a nightmare so I tried to save him by shooking his body. Wanted to wake him up but he didn’t.
This morning when I asked him if he knows he sleep-talking last night. He has no idea. Okay…fine, this is normal.

Instead of blood donations, I donate plasma today. I walked in Brisbane City Blood Donor Centre and initially wanted to do whole blood donations as what I do usually. When I was interviewed and seated, I read a brochure about plasma donating.
I then ended with donating plasma from my blood. During a plasma collection, whole blood is drawn from one of my arms into a sterile collection kit inside a cell separating machine. The machine separates the blood so that only plasma is collected. The other blood components (red cells, white cells and platelets) are returned to me through the same line. I learnt and witnessed something new today!
It is very different from what I thought. I thought it must be very scary, pain or something like that. In fact, I feel great. I already made an appointment for my plasma donation in next two weeks time. Hopefully I am able to go on that day.

Last night Yoppo and I went to bed at 7.45 pm. Unbelievable aey? I woke up two hours later to prepare for his today’s breakfast, brushed my teeth, and washed my face. I was so awake then.
Before I go back to sleep, i had a sip of water. I thought Yoppo must be thirsty already because he has been sleeping from 7 pm ++ and I have not seen him drinking much water before he sleep. So I drip some water on my fingers and lightly wipe them on his lip.
He was awaken. He asked, “Dear you okay? You cannot sleep ar?”
Charlene,”Ya lor…I cannot sleep.”
Yoppo,”What you put on my lips ler just now?”
Charlene,”Oh…it is poison.”
Yoppo,”….Okay…”
Yea…Since I am already poisoned by his love, so it’s time to poison him back when he’s asleep.

The celebrant says, “Take and wear this ring..”
Charlene follows,” Take and wear this ring…”
The celebrant says,”…as the token of our marriage…”
Charlene follows,”…as the token of our marriage…”
The celebrant again, “…and as a sign of…”
Charlene follows.
The celebrant continues,”…my love and fidelity.”
Charlene commanded herself to read carefully because the word “fidelity” is long word with four pronounciations.
Then she reads, “…my love and fi..delity.”
Okay! Relieved. Vows are over. And then he is announced as my lawful wedded BOYFRIEND.
It suppose to be “lawful wedded husband” though. :p Yoppo said give me some time ka….
