Bye bye credits…

For whatever tasks I accomplished at work, the accomplishments and the credits were never belonged to me. My manager took that all from me. He presented all my results/ analyzes/conclusions to my department manager by saying those were his work. No matter how hard I work, it turns up to be nothing for me.
That’s a crime on intellectual property! I want to file a claim from him! With people like him as my manager, I don’t think I can go any further in this company.
I have been confiding into Jas. Two options she suggested. One, go far far away from him. Two , leave the company. I already opt for the second one. Anyone who has any ideas on what to do for the time being, please 过两招 to me. I need that now, really.

That is a very bad manager. I’ve never experienced this but is there any way that you can talk to your department manager? Just so that he’s aware of it? Then maybe he can help you?

Zanne, you know yesterday he asked me to run a test with 11 servers and let it run overnight. That’s a kinda difficult task. So… I did it yesterday before I go home and expecting to examine the results on this morning. This morning when I came, all the results gone as the system reboot last night. But that was okay, I can run it again later.
Just now my Dept manager came and ask about the test. You know what my manager said? He said that he ran the test but the system reboot last night so he couldn’t do anything about it. HELLO???!!! Who ran the test and who faced that system reboot thingy??? He is so good acting in man! Why don’t he go and become an actor. Don’t be manager la. Wasted!!!

Zanne: Zanne, yea, he said that infront of me or sometimes he says in the meeting when CEO asks about it. He said he did the work instead of I did and presented to him.
He is from INDIA. Zanne, I have not tender the letter yet. Job hunting lerr… ^.^
